15 min Sample Workout
This 15 minute workout is a body-weight based requiring no other equipment than your JumpSport Fitness trampoline. After warming up at an easy intensity with your favorite pre-workout moves, alternate between the cardio and strength exercises in a circuit-based format. Start with a goal of 90 second of cardio followed by 45 seconds of strength work. Try to go at the hardest intensity you can manage. The combination strength exercises were also chosen to keep your heart rate elevated and your muscles firing. Cool down post-workout with some low-intensity moves and finish with a great stretch.
